Three Questions For…Harald Becker

After the COVID-19 crisis, how will the workplace change? Will the global WFH experiment forever change the way we work? On our first episode of ‘Three questions with…’ I sat down (virtually of course) with Harald Becker, Director Industry Engagement & Research at Microsoft. Harald and his team have been studying virtual work for the last 5 years (way before the crisis) and how collaboration and communication work in virtual environments.

He shared with me his insights on how high-performing companies and employees are becoming more resilient, flexible, and adaptable during these times. Harald pointed out that “...we’re all living a fascinating case study right now,” and I couldn’t agree more with him. This episode is a must-see, chock-full of valuable viewpoints that let you glean where the future of the workplace is going. Enjoy the video! And thank you Harald Becker for joining.

About Three questions with…

We ask three questions to our experts, speakers and thought-leaders around the globe in their WFH or otherwise remote locations. The episodes are raw, uncut, and only slightly scripted, born out of the ‘virtual’ versus ‘physical’ COVID-19 world. Our interviewees are practitioners in retail, workplace, mobility, tech, media and design.
